Vinyl comes in many different formats such as metallic, flock, glitter, reflective colours, it gives a smooth even finish with crisp edges making it a great option for:
Flock vinyl gives the design a 3D furry effect to the end result. Your design can be full flock or just have elements of the flock added to the vinyl above. The printing process is the same as with the vinyl in the description above.
Vinyl print is generally one colour but we can overlay different colours to produce desired effects. Artwork is required in a vector format which can be created in software such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. These pieces of software will save the imaged in lines instead of pixels.
Once your design has been cut we then use a weeding process to get rid of the excess vinyl. Once this process has been completed we are left with the details of your design/logo. Once your prints are complete we move on to the next step which to heat press them. This is done using a heat press that applies the pressure and heat for the print to bond to the garment, this process is completed by hand for a flawless finish.

We advise that you create your design in one of the following programs:
Save your designs in one of the following formats: PDF, ESP, TIFF, JPEG, AI
Using a low quality image will not give you a nice crisp finish to your design, we recommend that all images used are 300 DPI or higher quality with a minimum 3mm bleed. If an image is low quality we will always let you know and assist you with working out a solution to improve the quality.
In cases where the artwork given is low quality it may have to be redrawn to correct the issues – if you cannot get this done we have an expert team who can do this for you (artwork redraws start from a cost of £25.00 depending on the amount of detail the design contains).
Please be aware that many companies will simply use the image you supply without offering you advise on how to improve the quality of your order.

We can print a surface area of up to 14” sq. at one time. If you are trying to keep to a strict budget we recommend that you keep the print area smaller as this will affect the cost of the product that you are creating.
COPORATE COLOUR MATCHING
If you require a specific colour for your print let us know the pantone numbers you require.
PROVIDING YOUR OWN GARMENTS
All our prices include the cost of the garment, however in cases where you would like to use your own garments you may drop them off to us before they are needed. All garments provided must be brand new, unused, unwashed and preferably 100% cotton. Please note that if the garments are not given by the time requested this will affect the dispatch date.
When you have completed payment for your order we will produce a visual image for you to approve before your order is processed and set to print – your account manager will send this via email within 48 hours of you placing your order. Check that all the details within this email are correct as once approved we cannot make any changes. PLEASE NOTE: No order will be processed without approval please look out for this email as if you are on a tight deadline your order could be delayed.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Turnaround Time - We tend to take up to seven working days to dispatch an order, however if you need yours faster we have a fast track service that you can use – get in touch before placing your order and we can give you an estimated time of arrival. We aim to reply to all queries within 12 hours.
Delivery Time - This all depends on where you are located in the world. UK Standard service takes up to five working days, we also have an express option that will reach next day. Delivery prices depend on the size and weight of your order, single purchases start from £2.06. All orders are shipped using a tracked service – tracking numbers are given upon dispatch.
Fast Track Delivery – Lo-Key has a UK fast track service that can delivery your order in five working days. We take four day to produce the order and ship via next day delivery. If you would like to use this service please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We have a period of 24hrs after paying for your order that you can cancel and get a refund (excluding any fast track orders). After the 24hrs we are unable to offer full refunds as your order will have been processed and costs will have incurred (artwork fees, materials ordered, garment orders etc.) The refund total will depend on the total costs incurred by Lo-Key Clothing between time of order and the request to cancel.
At Lo-Key Clothing we work with our clients very closely before any order is sent to print so we can ensure that the finished product is just what you wanted. If you are unhappy with your order please contact and let us know and we can try to resolve the issue for you.
As we provide personalised items we do not accept returns or issues refunds unless the order is faulty or we have made a mistake (this rarely happens)
Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 does not apply to “personalised goods or goods made to a consumers specifications”
When placing your order please ensure that you check all the product size guidelines as all garments vary in sizing. Each product made is made especially for you we ask that you double check that your order details are correct before submitting it to us, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect size ratios and print locations when you have approved the work. Please note that if you have already paid a set up cost for a design you will not need to pay for this again.
If you are unsure of anything why not do a test run of your idea and order a single sample.
